Moorim Textile Co., Ltd. ("we") protects your personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. 1. Information we collect · Buyer account: email, password (stored hashed), company, contact name, country (required); phone, business type, website, address (optional) · Contact form: name, email, message (required); company, phone, country (optional) · Automatically: access logs, IP address, cookies (login session and language) 2. Purpose Handling fabric inquiries, development, quotations and orders; contacting you; shipping samples and goods; account management; preventing abuse. 3. Retention Until you close your account. Transaction records are kept for the period required by law (e.g. 5 years for contract and payment records). Contact messages are kept for 1 year after they are resolved. 4. Sharing We do not share your information without consent, except recipient details (company, name, phone, address) given to carriers to deliver samples and goods. 5. Processors We may use external providers for hosting and email delivery and will list them here when appointed or changed. 6. Deletion Information is deleted without delay once the retention period ends; electronic files are erased so they cannot be recovered. 7. Your rights You can view and edit your information and close your account under My page > Account, and request access, correction, deletion or suspension from the officer below. 8.
