Terms of Use

1. Purpose These terms govern the use of the B2B fabric sourcing platform (the "Service") operated by Moorim Textile Co., Ltd. ("we"). 2. Eligibility The Service is for businesses buying or developing fabrics for commercial purposes. 3. Accounts Provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. 4. Product information Fabric details and photos are for reference; actual colour and hand feel may vary. Prices, MOQ and lead times are confirmed by quotation. 5. Quotations and orders A quotation is valid until the date shown. Accepting a quotation confirms the order. Payment and delivery terms follow the quotation. 6. Samples and lab dips Samples and lab dips are for development approval; costs and shipping are agreed per project. 7. Design licenses Print designs may be used only as stated in each design's license. Original files are not provided. Copying or redistribution is prohibited. 8. Prohibited conduct Impersonation, disrupting the Service, and unauthorised scraping or copying are prohibited. 9. Limitation of liability We are not liable when the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure. 10. Disputes Disputes are resolved by consultation first; otherwise the court at our head office has jurisdiction. Effective 16 October 2026.
